Overview EAC (East African Community) is a Customs Union composed by Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Burundi. Partners In 2022, EAC's exports went primarly to India ($2.86B), United Arab Emirates ($2.04B), South Africa ($1B), China ($972M), and Uganda ($966M). The same year, EAC's imported primarily from China ($14.2B), India ($7.2B), United Arab Emirates ($7.03B), Saudi Arabia ($1.79B), and Japan ($1.48B).
