Overview CARICOM (Caribbean Community) is an International Organization composed by Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname, Bahamas, Jamaica, Haiti, Cayman Islands, Belize, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Bermuda, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Turks and Caicos Islands, Grenada, Anguilla, Dominica, and Montserrat. In 2022, CARICOM exported $43.7B (0.18% of global exports) and imported $47.1B (0.2% of global imports). Its largest exporter, Guyana exported $18.5B, which corresponds to 42.3% of the total exports. On the other hand, the largest importer, Bahamas, imported $8.55B, which is 18.1% of the total imports of Caribbean Community.
Trade In 2022, CARICOM's most exported products were Crude Petroleum Oils ($18.2B), Anhydrous ammonia ($3.53B), Liquefied Natural Gas ($2.95B), Bituminous Petroleum Distillates (Excl. Crude) ($2.7B), and Unwrought Non-Monetary Gold ($2.62B). The same year, the most imported products were Bituminous Petroleum Distillates (Excl. Crude) ($10.8B), Motorboats, other than outboard motorboats ($1.14B), Cargo Vessels (Excl. Tankers & Refrigerated) ($783M), Tankers ($747M), and Crude Petroleum Oils ($648M).
Partners In 2022, CARICOM's exports went primarly to United States ($11.2B), Panama ($6.09B), Netherlands ($3.3B), United Arab Emirates ($1.81B), and Germany ($1.76B). The same year, CARICOM's imported primarily from United States ($19.8B), China ($4.58B), Brazil ($1.56B), Italy ($1.47B), and Dominican Republic ($1.42B).
