Description An electronic valve consists of two terminals with an electrolytic solution, such as water. Current is passed through the terminals and the water to create a conductive ion bridge to close and open an electric circuit. Electronic tubes are a type of electronic valve. They are a vacuum tube that has a control electrode and a plate electrode. The control electrode is the electrode that controls the circuit that either creates or breaks the ion bridge. The electric current is passed through the control electrode to create a conductive ion bridge that opens and closes the circuit.
